Our Commitment to Quality

At Marama NZ 2025 Limited, we set high standards, ensuring every product reflects excellence. We understand that in the electrical trade, reliability is non-negotiable. Our returns and warranty process is designed to be responsive, transparent, and fair.

Warranty Policy

All products supplied by Marama are tested, compliant, and fit for New Zealand’s unique trade conditions.

  • Standard Warranty: Every product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The specific duration depends on the product category (refer to individual product documentation).

  • Our Guarantee: We lead with service. If a product fails to meet performance standards within its warranty period, we will work with our wholesale partners to provide a repair, replacement, or credit as quickly as possible.

Returns Process (Wholesale Partners)

We aim to make it easy for our partners to do business with us.

  • Damaged in Transit: Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any damage or shortages must be reported to Marama within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Incorrect Supply: If you receive a product different from what was ordered, contact us immediately for a priority exchange.

  • Change of Mind: Returns for non-faulty goods are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee. Goods must be in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

How to Lodge a Claim

To ensure accuracy and urgency, please follow these steps:

  1. Gather Details: Have your Invoice Number, Product Code, and a brief description of the fault ready.

  2. Contact Support: Email our team at [Insert Email] or use the “Ready to Inquire” form on our contact page.

  3. Assessment: Our technical team will review the claim. In some cases, we may require the item to be returned to our warehouse for testing.
